The HX-25 tilt adapter is a tripod head for tilting the center column of the Leofoto Urban LX-254CT tripod so that it can be positioned horizontally above the tripod. The tilting of the center column is very interesting for top view and / or macro photography. If necessary, you can hang a counterweight on the hook at the opposite end of the camera. The maximum weight that the HX-25 can carry is 8 kilograms.
Leofoto uses high-quality 6061-T6 aluminium alloy with magnesium and silicon as alloy components for the metal parts. This corrosion-resistant material is characterised by high strength and good toughness. The yield strength is comparable to that of structural steel. All parts are milled from solid material on state-of-the-art CNC machines and are therefore significantly more stable than cast parts. Leofoto makes no compromises here either !
